Account Manager



Mid Level



On-site (Pune), Permanent and Full time



  • Responsible for understanding the client’s brief and translate them into actionable items for respective internal teams.

  • Become a strategic point of contact for clients and establish strong relationship with various stakeholders - internal and external.

  • Research, prepare and present marketing strategies, media proposals, campaign ideas and budgets to assigned clients.

  • Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a range of information, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share.

  • Successful execution of online/offline campaigns in coordination with internal teams and/or third-party vendors.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimise them.

  • Track and study data and analytics to evaluate the success of campaigns and derive inferences accordingly.

  • Continuous study on competitors to provide data for understanding brand performance and industry best practices.

  • Being hands-on across online platforms and their respective promotion formats - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, relative blogs and online forums.

  • Management, content creation, strategy, and execution of all client’s social media accounts which includes posting content, interacting and responding to the audience and reporting metrics.

  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.

  • Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns and projects.

  • Keeping abreast with new trends and viral video concepts.



  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience with a brand, digital / social / advertising / creative / media agency is a must.

  • Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM will be an added advantage.



  • Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive/Manager or related position.

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.

  • Proficiency in Written and Verbal communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.

  • Knowledge of AI and relevant tools and how to leverage them effectively and responsibly.



  • Positive thinking and results-oriented.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
